The walls seem to be moving
as I lie heavy on my bed
this small room is spinning
and so is my head
I kind of feel sick
My heart is pounding fast
Throat dry, palms moist
How long will this nausea last?
The shades are pulled down
no lights are on
I'm panicking at 4:00 AM
and will be puking at dawn
